2019 Organizational Meeting Minutes

Present: Keith Wilson, Mike Schouten, Linda Cargill Vivian Driver

 

 

1. Call to Order

 

Vivian Driver called the meeting to order at 12:01pm.

 

MOTION:            That the Council of the Summer Village of West Baptiste maintain Status quo.

2. Banking Officials

 

MOTION:            That any two members have bank signing authority.

3. Appointment of Assessor

 

 

MOTION:            That Ian Ferguson of Municipal Assessment Services be appointed as the Summer Village of West Baptiste Assessor

Carried.

 

4. Meeting dates

 

September 7^th, 2019, 2pm Baptiste Fire Hall

October 16^th 2019 3pm Executive Inn, Leduc;

April 15^th 2020 10am Baptiste Fire Hall

May 6^th,2020 10am Baptiste Fire Hall

July 11^th 10am Open House Baptiste Fire Hall
