2017 Organizational Meeting Meeting

Present: Keith Wilson, Linda Cargill, Mike Schouten, Vivian Driver

 

  1. Call to Order

Vivian Driver called the meeting to order at 10am.

 

  1. Election of Mayor

 

Michael Schouten nominated Keith Wilson to the position of Mayor. Linda Cargill seconded. Keith Wilson accepted.

 

  1. Election of Deputy Mayor

 

Linda Cargill nominated Michael Schouten to the position of Deputy Mayor. Keith Wilson seconded. Mike Schouten accepted.

 

  1. Election of Councillor

 

Keith Wilson nominated Linda Cargill to the position of Councillor. Mike Schouten seconded. Linda Cargill accepted.

 

  1. Banking Officials

 

Alberta Treasuring Branch, Athabasca – any two of the four position have signing authority.

 

  1. Appointment of Assessor

 

MOTION: That Ian Ferguson of Municipal Assessment Services be appointed as the Summer Village of West Baptiste Assessor.

All of the above at the Baptiste Firehall commencing at 10am.
