1. Grants
1.1 MSI Capital Funds Athabasca Swimming Pool
The request to donate $15,000 MSI Capital funds to the Athabasca Swimming Pool has been approved.
2. Village Maps
Keith Wilson had sent a sample copy of the Village maps to Council. Mayor Wilson will complete the map package and forward to Council.
3. Tree Removal
All tree removal has been completed. A thank you note was received from Larry and Kim Moseng.
4. Liability Policy
Linda Cargill will work on a draft policy to be brought forward at the next meeting.
5. Baptiste Dr 1127
A culvert has been installed and work is completed.
6. Sub Division Appeal Board
This will remain status quo.
7. Development Permits, Tax Certificates
MOTION: That the current fees will remain in effect. If construction has commenced without a development permit, a permit application must be received within 30 days. If after a request from the CAO a development permit has still not been received a penalty of 10 times the fee will be applied to the property taxes.

Mike Schouten attended the public meeting on October 13. . Bylaws are being worked on.
9. MGA
9.1 Grant ICF (Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework) and IDP (Intermunicipal Development Plan)
A grant application has been completed. The application includes the summer villages of West and South Baptiste, Sunset Beach and Athabasca County. If accepted, the West Baptiste administrator has been designated to manage the grant.
10. Councillors’ Reports
The three members of Council and the administrator attended the Alberta Association of Summer Villages annual conference. This year marks the 60th anniversary.
