As per an email stating that the Council Meeting would begin following LUB meeting, the Council meeting began at 12:05.

- Land Use Bylaw
Council met with Jean Dauphinee. The first draft of the LUB revisions has been received. The next scheduled meeting is August 5, 2015 at 10:30, Baptiste Fire Hall.

MOTION: That the Summer Village of West Baptiste approve the Auditor’s report as received.

MOTION: That the Summer Village of West Baptiste make application to join the Northern Lights Library System.

- Fortis Agreement
Council concluded that this service was not needed at this time.

- Athabasca Regional Waste
Keith Wilson report that at the Joint Meeting of Summer Villages held on May 2nd, 2015 Mark Lindskoog reported that the significant increase in cost in the Regional Waste management requisition was reasonable. M. Lindskoog stated that the increase was legitimate.

- Real Property Reports
Council discussed the possibility of requisiting a RPR when property is sold. This items will be brought forward at the next Council meeting.

- Road Work David Gray
Keith Wilson met with David Gray on June 6th to discuss road work on Baptiste Drive. Daivd Gray Enterprises will forward a quote to Council.

- Fire Ban signs
It was discussed at the Joint Summer Village meeting the possibility of having new Fire Ban signs made. Council decided that our present signs are in good condition.

- Break Ins
Break Ins have been reported within the Village. Surveillance pictures have been placed on Kijjiji with a reward being offered.
